If you choose to buy via our website without receiving a prescription within the clinic and a reaction was to occur, we are unable to provide a refund. DailySkin want all of our customers to be completely satisfied every time you shop with us. However we know and understand there may be occasion where you want to return items. That’s why we offer a 14 day returns guarantee, so if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it, unopened, in its original condition, within 14 days of the date you received it and receive a refund of the product or goods purchased. The refund does not include the delivery charges of sending the goods to you, or return postal costs unless there has been an error on our part or the item is damaged or defective - (Please see Damaged or Defective item or errors on our part – returns refunds). Damaged Or Defected Items And Errors On Our Part - Returns Refunds
Whilst we do our best to ensure all items are dispatched correctly and in perfect condition, on rare occasionally we may get it wrong or items are damaged in transit or perhaps are defective. Because these items are damaged or defective or we have made an error we will refund in full; the item, the delivery charges levied by us when taking your order and your return postage costs. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return postage, except where the item we sent you was damaged or defective on receipt or there was an error on our part.
