Delivery Times
Once order is processed UK mainland orders received by 3pm, Monday to Friday, will usually be delivered within 48 hours once dispatched. Orders are only processed Monday-Friday.
Scotland and Northern Ireland
£70 minimum spend (post discount) required for all orders with delivery to Northern Ireland, delivery charge of £13 applicable on orders below £100.
Please allow an additional day for deliveries to Scottish Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland.
We are sorry to advise that we are unable to process orders to a P.O Box address.
Processing times
All orders are processed and delivered on working days only (Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays).
Proof of delivery
We use Royal Mail Tracked as our official delivery service. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking updates directly from Royal Mail to the email address provided at checkout.
Royal Mail drivers are required to obtain proof of delivery, which may include a photograph of the parcel at the delivery location. This photograph serves as confirmation that the parcel has been delivered.
If you are unavailable on the day of delivery, you can manage your delivery preferences directly with Royal Mail using the tracking information provided, including arranging a safe place, delivery to a neighbour, or an alternative delivery date, where available.
