That’s why we offer a 14 day returns guarantee, so if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it, unopened, in its original condition, within 14 days of the date you received it and receive a refund of the product or goods purchased. Whilst we do our best to ensure all items are dispatched correctly and in perfect condition, on rare occasionally we may get it wrong or items are damaged in transit or perhaps are defective. Because these items are damaged or defective or we have made an error we will refund in full; the item, the delivery charges levied by us when taking your order and your return postage costs.
