Whilst we do our best to ensure all items are dispatched correctly and in perfect condition, on rare occasionally we may get it wrong or items are damaged in transit or perhaps are defective. Because these items are damaged or defective or we have made an error we will refund in full; the item, the delivery charges levied by us when taking your order and your return postage costs.
